Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept e-transfer, cash, or certified cheque. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 2 percent per month.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled work. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to travel time and expenses.
