All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, materials required, and any unforeseen circumstances discovered upon arrival or during the work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept e-transfer, cash, or certified cheque. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 2 percent per month.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled work. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to travel time and expenses.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide safe access to the work site, disclose any known hazards or site specific safety requirements, obtain necessary permits or approvals before our arrival, and ensure the work area is clear and accessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Highcrest Welding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services, any conduct or content of any third party on our website, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Safety is our priority. We reserve the right to stop work if we deem the site conditions unsafe. In such cases, the client remains responsible for travel and any work completed up to that point.
